Do you charge a percentage of salary?
No. Our pricing is transparent and predictable — one time setup and monthly maintenance based on the roles you're actively hiring for, not a cut of each hire.
Can I change plans as I scale?
Yes. Move between Launch, Growth, and Managed Scale as your hiring volume changes. Managed Scale is fully custom for high-volume teams.
